Lifetime Achievement Award

Receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award has placed Aertssen Aannemingsbedrijf nicely in the spotlight.

Father Marcel Aertssen began 50 years ago (in 1964) in the now disappeared polder village of Oorderen with earthmoving. The Aertssen family now operates a major infrastructure contracting company in Flanders. The company now has 500 employees and technically high value machinery, including some 1,000 bulldozers, low bed trailers, dumpers and cranes.

“From the worker who walks to his crane each morning to the accountant and engineer: all of our employees are working on their own lifetime achievement awards”, said Greg Aertssen. “I also certain want to thank the senior workers who take the time to train up the juniors. So this award is not meant for me alone. The podium is too small to hold everyone who is entitled to stand on it. And that is why this award will hang in our company’s lobby, where everyone will see it.” Award voor onze OPTARA-werkwijze AT in het nieuw Aertssen investeert in zijn mensen.
