Board of Directors
People, Power and Passion to build on
Our group has an active board of directors and we would like to introduce them to you. Greg, Luc, Raf and Saskia Aertssen are on the board of directors.
Eddy Bruyninkcx, former CEO of the Port of Antwerp, joined them as external director at the beginning of 2017, bringing his extensive experience and network to the table. In 2020 Wouter De Geest also joined the board as a second independent director.
The Board of Directors is responsible for:
- The strategic direction
- The growth
- The governance of the Aertssen Group
In addition, the Board exercises control over the management. Our Group can rely on the Board of Directors, whose expertise and experience together with management create long-term value for all stakeholders.
