AerTssen stands for Transparency. We want to be a company with an open view on the world. We have a culture where there is room for all employees and where we listen to each other with respect. We give our employees every opportunity to develop further and we have open communication in our hearts.
Communication with our employees
We keep our employees informed about all projects and give them the opportunity to consult information and make suggestions. All our employees receive a smartphone. They are kept up to date about updates via Workplace.
External communication
We realise that our activities have an impact on the environment and the company. But we communicate openly about it, for example in our annual report and sustainability report, and we do not discourage discussions.
